What do you do when you’re walking to your car and someone tries to push your head into your own car!
Kalla will show you how to do this, in reference to the dynamic chocke from behind that you usually
train on the mat, namely the choke from behind with push. The special feature of the car:
Since you can’t take a step forward, you have to catch yourself first.
To do this, your two forearms form a cross and you protect your face.
Then you turn around with the Hammerfist or the ellbow to finish the attacker.
