Bodyweight exercise – Train a backward roll into the handstand
Markus and Carsten show you the training in dealing with your own bodyweight. The reverse role we use here is different from the typical role in selfdefense. So that the technical exercise is also combined with strength training, we show you an option of how to change from a role to a handstand and catapult yourself onto your feet. Of course, you have to have enough space to prevent accidents. We hope you enjoy it.

10.04.20 – 7pm – defense against bearhugs
Carsten and Patrick are tired of always having to go to the boxingbag, to lift kettlebells or jump rope to keep fit. So they meet up with scaffolders who are in the process of working. The scaffolding workers hand them both the gloves and then the battle with the heavy steel parts begins. Carsten works upstairs and Patrick carries everything to the car. Both of them do push-ups and chin-ups in between but have a look for yourself, maybe you’ll notice which of the two doesn’t take the “warm-up” quite so seriously. After the warm-up they start with the Krav Maga technique a defense against clutches, which are called Bearhugs, are taken seriously again. The two krav maga instructors run over the material but with a good explaining over the different attacks from the front, from both sides and from behind. The hands are free or not, also with lifting up the defender! As always, it is not only about the technique, but also about the Krav Maga principles. As an attacker Patrick has all hands on the table and has to endure a lot, which Carsten has to face as a defender…so now you know who of the two has to keep himself more fit than the other ;-)!

Our KRAVolution Krav Maga Law Enforcement Instructor Course is aimed in particular at police mission trainers and police and prison staff. The focus is on teaching Krav Maga techniques and strategies for self-defence in conflict between self-defence and compliance with legal requirements, especially proportionality.
The contents of the Law Enforcement Instructor course are, of course, primarily the teaching of Krav Maga self-defense techniques and tactics. In addition, there are special techniques for arrest and transport against one or more armed or unarmed attackers, alone or in a team and their didactic transmission in class for colleagues.
The contents at a glance:
– Communication and body language
– tactical behaviour in conflict situations
– Teamwork in self-defence
– Behaviour in the event of an attack
– Techniques in self-defence and emergency situations
– Self-defence in confined spaces
– Self-defence under adverse conditions such as low light/no light
– Prevention, response and defense against knife, stick or firearm threats
– Hostage and anti-terror scenarios
– At the end of the training, the previously learned training content is trained in various drills from the everyday life of security specialists. The techniques depend on the progress of the participants and the learning effect in the injury-free training is in the foreground.
The language of instruction is bilingual English and German, the Krav Maga techniques are in English.
After passing the exam, each participant will receive a KRAVolution Krav Maga Law Enforcement Certificate for the successfully completed full-time training and a corresponding LE-Patch showing the expertise.
The course offers the highest possible training level for Law Enforcement Assignment Trainers and our goal is to produce good and qualified trainers who can teach their own units.Admission RequirementsAs the LE course is designed for self-defense by police and correctional officers, a service card or a comparable serious profession is mandatory. Experience in Krav Maga is explicitly not required as it is a professional training to become an instructor. However, training experience is an advantage.

KRAVolution KravMaga Self Defense Trainer Course from 10.02.-16.02.2020 on the Maldives
The KRAVolution Krav Maga Self-Defense Trainer course is a condensed Krav Maga Training for the civil sector and a first step towards the Krav Maga Training for Civil Instructors!
After completing the training, the Self-Defense Trainer is authorized and qualified to conduct and conduct self-defense courses up to level Basic 3 in the Krav Maga curriculum.
The course lasts 7 days and includes the course to become a Krav Maga Assistant Instructor.
CONTENTS
The contents of the KRAVolution Self-Defense Trainer Course are based on our general teaching methodology. This means that it is about the basic understanding of Krav Maga and its principles but also about teaching the techniques in the KRAVolution Krav Maga Curriculum up to level Basic 3.
– Teaching the didactic basics for the preparation of lessons
– Teaching the didactic basics for teaching
– Teaching the Krav Maga techniques up to level Basic 4 which is the goal of this training.
The goal of the training is to make you a Krav Maga Self-Defense Trainer with the Krav Maga Level Basic 4 in a condensed course. The emphasis is on teaching the Krav Maga techniques also at the Basic Level. Passing the exam cannot be guaranteed, earned, not given is the program here. In case of failing the exam, it can be repeated free of charge. This training is internationally recognized.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
– A minimum age of 18 years
– An above average level of fitness
– Experience as a trainer in other fitness and/or martial arts
You also need a clean police record. We expressly do not train those we wish to protect ourselves from.
We expressly reserve the right to reject participants who are considered unsuitable, of course also against reimbursement of the purchase price.
