Bodyweight exercise – Train a backward roll into the handstand


Markus and Carsten show you the training in dealing with your own bodyweight. The reverse role we use here is different from the typical role in selfdefense. So that the technical exercise is also combined with strength training, we show you an option of how to change from a role to a handstand and catapult yourself onto your feet.
