Megan Cohen Berkman, one of the most highly graduated Krav Maga experts in the world, leads the seminar. For over 29 years, she is training and teaching Krav Maga, travels as a Global Instructor around the world and educate Self-Defense Instructors! In addition, she was the only woman and the only member of the Global Team that educated active soldiers of the Israeli Defense Forces. According to the slogan „Fight like a women“, Megan has set up a unique women’s self-defense seminar!

Due to the recent event of attacks on women, we are getting more and more requests at the KRAVolution for effective self-defense, because here the defenses are trained not only against one but several attackers under simulated stress by intuitive reactions.
„Always be a hard target“, flight or fight, never freeze, that’s the slogan and woman learns in this seminar to defend themselves “unfairly” after all rules!

The participants learn to recognize dangers, to evade them and – if the situation escalates – to act correctly and without compromise! Men’s are present only in the full protection to overruns realistic, but with much fun to practice!

A Knife Defending Seminar with the Israeli expert Amnon Darsa will take place at the Krav Maga Institute Cologne, Germany on October 13th, 2017 from 02:00pm -05:00pm.

Attacks with knives are increasing dramatically in recent months! After four days of full-time training, all participants successfully completed the first block of four blocks of our KRAVolution Civil Instructor Course!

Part 1 started with basic attacks regarding the different distances and preventive behavior. In addition, Reflexive Sectors were discussed in which the participants trained deflecting and blocking defenses, based on our principles. A big part of the first block was to bring the participants closer to the structure of a Krav Maga Warm-Ups and to provide the instructor with the necessary didactic means to apply it effectively in the regular self-defense lessons.

In addition to the Civil Instructor Course, four participants successfully completed the KRAVolution Assistant Instructor Course! The aim of the Assistant Instructor Course was to provide participants with the didactic tools for teaching preparation and teaching and, above all, to teach the principles of Krav Maga.
