I have come across Krav Maga’s professional background. Unfortunately, as a police officer, one is also increasingly exposed to physical attacks. The experience on the street in particular or in society in general is becoming more and more rough. Through Krav Maga, I have the opportunity to prepare myself privately, especially in the workplace, for certain scenarios. In stressful situations I have no time to apply complex techniques, but must be able to rely on my reflexes. And that’s where Krav Maga comes in. It is based on my natural reflexes and uses them. Therefore, I know no better self-defense. That is why I would like to continuously develop my knowledge and improve my abilities. Also, to pass it on in training. Be it colleagues in Law Enforcement, teenagers or regular training.
