About:

My name is Bastian Ködel. I started fencing when I was 6 years old. At the age of 14, I switched to Taekwondo and later to Win Tsun.
Due to my job, I didn’t do any martial arts for a long time until I signed up for a trial training in Krav Maga 6 years ago.
Training indoors, outdoors, in the car, on the bus, in the swimming pool…? There is such a thing? THAT is something for me!
After a three-day intensive Krav Maga event, I then fell in love with the system, which particularly convinces me with its simplicity and effectiveness.
In addition, the training keeps me fit and offers a very pleasant community.
Bringing Krav Maga to other people is the natural next step for me.
