Why Krav Maga? It uses the body’s own reflexes, is independent of the physical constitution and is really applicable from the first training session “for everyone”. In the training not only the technique is in the foreground, but also tactical behaviour and the application of the learned in short drills. Thus one learns to evaluate situations accordingly, to deal with them and to make a better decision between flight and fight in order to come home as intact as possible.
