Qualifications:Civilian Krav Maga Instructor
Fighting- & Selfdefense Skills:Krav Maga since 2011
I started fighting (wrestling) at the age of 8. At the age of 14 I started practicing karate, later I switched to kickboxing. At 17, then to boxing. After three years and a training as a cook, I decided against a career as a professional competitor and worked as a cook during this time, I trained only sporadically. In my youth, I often came in contact with violence and came in situations that I was simply overwhelmed because of my competition training. In these situations, there were no rules, no respect and securities that protected one from injury and death. When I started regular training again, I also got to know Krav Maga. This system impresses with simplicity in principles as well as tactics. It showed me that you can defend yourself effectively against attacks that may not occur in the ring or on the mat but just on the road or wherever a self-defense situation arises, can happen. That’s how I learned to love Krav Maga. It’s a lot of fun teaching people and giving them simple defense options.
